MEDIATION SERVICES
v Domestic cases where parties are represented by counsel will be referred out to a court approved mediator for mediation services. Parties each pay fee of $75.00 per two (2) hour session directly to mediator.
v Pro-Se Domestic Mediation will be held on the second Wednesday of each month. Mediations will be scheduled for 9:00 a.m. & 11:00 a.m. Parties pay a one time fee of $25.00 to the Court for this service. Pro Se Mediations will be scheduled for 2 hours.
v Non-Domestic Civil Mediation will be held on the fourth Wednesday of each month. Mediations will be scheduled for 9:30 a.m. & 11:30 a.m. Parties pay $100.00 an hour to the Court for this service.
v Pro-Se & Non-Domestic Mediations will be held in the Conference Room of the Bar Library.
