Advocates for Abused and Neglected Children

Even the Softest Voices Need to be Heard

Court Appointed Special Advocates, or CASA’s, are volunteers who are trained to advocate for abused and neglected children involved in the juvenile court system. CASA volunteers are men and women who want to help the children in their community. They come from all walks of life … have a variety of backgrounds … young and old … working and retired … all are volunteers … and they all have the same desire … to make a difference in the life of an abused or neglected child.

 CASA is A:

  • Friend of the Court

  • Information Gatherer

  • Independent Advocate

  • Ordinary Citizen

A CASA is Not A:

  • Social Worker

  • Attorney

  • Therapist

  • Big Brother / Big Sister

  • Foster Parent

By becoming a CASA volunteer or supporter

YOU CAN BE A POWERFUL VOICE IN A CHILD’S LIFE!
